Unwinder FA–1000

The unwinder FA 1000 is motorized and has an integrated memory. It is a very fast and easy-to-use feeder.

the lifting and lowering of the drum takes place via a drive motor
The movement of the pickup arms on the right and left is done separately via a motor
The drum is picked up by cones with a driving mandrel
Model „IN LINE“ or „90 degree“ version available (can be retrofitted as an option)
in the standard version cables up to 18 mm in diameter can be processed (optionally extendable as a kit up to 35 mm cable diameter)

An additional control keyboard with optical display allows the user to quickly load and unload the cable drum

Detection in case of wrong unwinding direction
Detection when the cable drum rotates, but the memory arm has stopped
Detection when the memory is in function, but the output roller (last roll to the following machine) does not rotate
