Cutting & stripping machine SSC1000

The SSC1000 is a fully electronic cut and stripping machine, it is an ITALIAN product, productdesigned and manufactured entirely(mechanical, electrical and software) internally the SAVOTEC, and it is complete of CE certification.

The SSC1000 is controlled by powerful engines,cutting and for the stripping, which is performed by two conveyor belts of a length of 90 mm, with parallel opening to permit a correct centering of the cable with blades and a thread guide. The machine can process cables from 0.25mm² to 25mm² with a hollow passage maximum 10mm outside diameter, the machine can process single and multicore cables, PVC, Neoprene, Silicone, Etc..

The SSC1000 is managed by a PC running Windows, and a touch-screen for insertion of all operational parameters of the machine, with the possibility of saving parameters, in several programs, thanks to the software very intuitive, fast and extremely easy to use. Extremely compact and simple in operation, it ensures precise cuts and high production. The machine is supplied complete with safety guards, safety module and end cable sensor.
