Crimping machines

The WSC 30 stripper crimper performs operations of stripping seals insertion and crimping of terminals on electric cables. It’s been developed on the WSC 20 with added the seal unit with patented motorized system.

The stripper crimper WSC 25 increases the WirPress range with a new model. This machine has been developed for processing the close and preinsulated terminals.

Model WSC 20 is a freely programmable stripping and crimping machine. Data entry is via a touch screen monitor on the machine.

The model WSC 15 is a stripping and crimping machine. The use of commercial quick-change tools of different manufacturers is possible without changing the tool.

The MSK109-(XX)J equipment (where XX represents the number of terminal ways) is used to process multipolar wires with TE Micro-MaTch with 4 to 24 way connectors.

FAKRA Sleeve is the first phase in the Mecal process for crimping FAKRA wires. The equipment includes a PSCM107C and an MRS applicator.

The FAKRA Inner is the second phase in the Mecal process for crimping FAKRA wires. The equipment includes a PSCM107C and, an MRS applicator and a SCR20.

The FAKRA Outer is the third phase of the Mecal process for crimping FAKRA wires. The machine is comprised of a P107C, an electrical-pneumatic control panel with PLC and a special mini applicator.

The P107C Crimping Press is available either in semi-automatic (for bench-top use) configuration or in full automatic (integrated into a cut and strip machine) configuration.

The P040 Crimping Press is available either in semi-automatic (for bench-top use BT) configuration or in full automatic (integrated into a cut and strip machine) configuration.

The P080 Crimping Press is available either in semi-automatic (for bench-top use BT) configuration or in full automatic (integrated into a cut and strip machine) configuration.

The P120 Crimping Press is available either in semi-automatic (for bench-top use BT) configuration or in full automatic (integrated into a cut and strip machine) configuration.

The TT model is a table crimping machine made from a molded part. Due to the simple construction of the machine, only minimal maintenance is required.

The CMT 131 is a very compact and easy-to-use machine. It can be used to connect cables with cables as well as cables with components.

The EC 65 presses crimp contacts of various designs, eg. Insulated cable lugs up to 6 mm², tube and crimp lugs up to 10 mm², flat receptacles up to 6 mm² and wire end ferrules up to 50 mm².
